5-TIME CMA NOMINEE KEITH URBAN SCORES 11th #1 SINGLE

Keith Urban has hit #1 on the Country Singles Chart yet again. His latest, “Only You Can Love Me This Way,” marks the 11th time he has hit the top spot and is the second #1 from his CMA nominated, Billboard Country and Top 200 #1 CD Defying Gravity. The CD’s first single, “Sweet Thing” also hit #1.

It has been quite a month for Urban, the 5-time CMA nominee, who amongst other nominations received a nod for Entertainer and Male Vocalist of the Year.  Just twelve days ago he played his 2nd sold-out show at Madison Square Garden in New York City, a concert event, which came the evening before he officially closed out the North American leg of his critical hailed sold-out “Escape Together World Tour.”

Then, just days after returning home to Nashville, Urban received a nomination from the American Music Awards for Favorite Male Country Artist.  But nothing could’ve topped the success of the landmark “We’re All For The Hall” concert, which Urban hosted, to benefit the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum.

Urban is set to perform on the CMAs before heading down under for the Australian leg of his “Escape Together World Tour.”
